RUSSIAN-CHINESE PROGRAMMATIC STUDY OF DIGITAL CULTURE TURNOVER RULES

This scientific review examines the progress and transformation of the regulatory principles that govern the field of digital commerce in Russia and China. Analyzing the features and problems faced by these states on the way to integration into the global digital economy, the work reveals the dynamics of changes in trade legislation, which are due to the transition from traditional trade to transactions with digital goods and services. The study focuses on reforming regulations, which was required to adequately respond to the challenges of the digital economy. At the center of the analysis is China's initiatives to develop avant-garde rules in the field of digital commerce. The study takes a detailed look at key aspects of digital trade, such as cross-border data sharing, intellectual property protection and principles of equitable economic competition for digital products. Analysis of China's strategic scientific and technological activities aimed at digital transformation and the introduction of innovative technologies, such as artificial intelligence and cybersecurity, occupies an important place in the work. The final part of the study highlighted the importance of China's formation of unique competitive mechanisms and interaction with global trading systems for the effective development of the digital economy and strengthening its position in the international arena.
