The article examines the impact of digital technologies in the processes of work organization, communication and methods of effective business interaction in a hybrid work environment. It analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of implementing activities in a hybrid format. The results of a survey of managers on effective interaction in hybrid work environments are presented.
