THE SPECIAL ROLE OF BUDGETARY INSTITUTIONS IN ENSURING THE PROTECTION OF NATIONAL PARKS

the article is aimed at researching and analyzing the functions of state budgetary institutions of national parks in the context of recent changes in the environmental legislation of the Russian Federation. The legalization of mining and other activities in the territories of national parks, the construction of capital facilities and engineering infrastructure for the tourism industry leads to a decrease in the efficiency of management and preservation of the unique ecosystems of national parks by budgetary institutions that perform duties for the management and protection of national parks.
