The article examines the main legal aspects of the use of artificial intelligence in business, which are currently represented by a variety of legislative initiatives. At the same time, there is no single document defining the responsibilities of developers and users in this area, and there are many ethical issues in the use of artificial intelligence and the distribution of responsibility in conflict situations. In addition, international experience has been studied, which has shown that a regulatory framework has not been developed abroad that satisfies all aspects of the use of artificial intelligence. Every country is actively working to develop this regulatory framework, including the Russian Federation. Currently, in Russia, responsibility is established by the Code of Administrative Offenses and other federal laws, and an ethical code for the use of artificial intelligence and digital technologies and concepts for their development have been developed. Nevertheless, the problem remains unresolved due to the lack of a transparent regulatory framework in this matter, which has predetermined the need to develop an understandable mechanism for determining responsibility for possible failures in artificial intelligence, as well as the creation of norms and standards that will help eliminate emerging conflicts in this area.
The purpose of the article is to analyze the legal aspects of the use of artificial intelligence in business activities.
