The position of experts who attempted to classify the types of destructive content, which they divided it into 6 conditional categories, is analyzed, while it is noted that the main problem of destructive content is that there is already prohibited content, and there is a kind of "gray zone" that is not regulated by either criminal or administrative legislation. With this approach, according to the author, the creation of a register of destructive content on the Internet should become the basis for the work of legislators on the regulatory settlement of such categories of destructive information.
