The article examines the evolution of communication research in an organization in the light of modern challenges such as globalization, rapid technology changes, and cultural differences. The importance of understanding the basic principles of communication, identifying barriers and developing methods to overcome them is emphasized. The proliferation of channels that facilitate and accelerate contacts between people has led to the emergence of an information and communication system.
