The article is devoted to the civil-legal regulation of commercial relations in the field of intellectual property in the Russian Federation: commercial concession and commercial license agreement (commercial license). The problems of the relationship between commercial concession and commercial license are disclosed. Ways to improve the theory and practice of applying the provisions on commercial concession and commercial licensing are proposed. Ways to improve the theory and practice of applying civil legislation in the field of commercial use of the results of intellectual activity are highlighted. Aspects that allow correlating the commercial concession agreement and the license agreement are highlighted. Particular attention is paid to the practice of applying the license agreement in accordance with the normative classification of means of individualization. The importance of including business reputation and commercial experience in a commercial concession as values that are provided, which are "shared", along with exclusive rights to the result of intellectual activity is revealed.
