The article analyzes the phenomenon of voluntary public-social scoring as a tool for assessing political behavior and its scientific interests in modern public relations. Important aspects of the development of scoring systems based on the voluntary participation of citizens, their potential for increasing social responsibility and the effectiveness of interaction between the process, business and society are considered. Particular attention is paid to ethical, legal and specific problems, the consequences of using such systems, including the risks of judicial power, loss of confidentiality and manipulation of behavior. At present, voluntary acceleration, despite all these advantages, requires careful regulation and the development of principles for the protection of citizens. The article examines the potential of scoring to stimulate the growth of trust in society, the development of regional activity and support for development. Based on the analysis of international experience and modern research, recommendations were given to minimize the risks and maximize the benefits of the formation of such systems.
