The article presents legal mechanisms aimed at antimonopoly legislation and protection of entrepreneurs from unfair competition. It is determined that there are many limitations in the development of a competitive environment in the Russian market, which negatively affects the overall competitive activity of the market. In this regard, there is a high rise in prices, and the presence of other negative factors, which reduces the activity of the economy as a whole. The regulatory framework that regulates antitrust actions and promotes competition in the market is also considered. It is concluded that it is necessary to finalize the regulatory framework that defines responsibility and criteria for the facts of unfair competition. It is necessary to prescribe at the legislative level such facts, which are of a nature that contributes to reducing the activity of competition in the market, as well as to determine the responsibility of legal entities for their use.
The purpose of the article is to analyze the legal mechanisms for protecting entrepreneurs from unfair competition.
