Various aspects of artistic understanding of nature in the "Circassian legends" by s. Khan-Girey

The article analyzes the place and role of the artistic landscape in S. Khan-Girey's story "Circassian legends". One of the aspects of his artistic system is investigated – an interest in nature, strengthening the landscape beginning in prose. It is noted that the landscape of the author is not only pictorial, but also psychological, philosophical, symbolic. With it, the writer depicts the main points of the action, emphasizes the emotions of the characters.
