Efficiency of using the elements of football in harmonizing the physical and mental development of preschool children of 5–6 years

The article describes the role of sports in the physical and mental development of preschool children. One of the most effective means of harmonizing the development of a child is football. The technology of harmonization of the physical and mental components of the development of a preschooler is described. There are options for the construction of physical education classes with the use of game tasks and outdoor games with technical and tactical elements of football. The positive dynamics was revealed and a conclusion was made about the significant impact of technical and tactical elements of football on the level of harmony between the physical and mental development of preschoolers 5-6 years old.
