The process of mastering a model of safe behavior by schoolchildren is inextricably linked with the mastery of universal educational actions of a regulative type. The article presents an example of an educational resource (route sheet for the formation of regulatory UUD), developed in the course of experimental and search work. The results of the study are an addition to the theory of safe behavior and the arsenal of didactic tools for teaching practice.
