The article considers the role and place of Russian religious philosophy of the XX century in the worldview and in the artistic texts of the writer Vladimir Sharov (1952 - 2018). In particular, the influence of N. Fedorov's (1828 - 1903) “Philosophy of the Common Cause” on Sharov's historiosophy is analyzed. The study of Vladimir Sharov's journalistic works gave the identification of the central events of Russian history interpreted by the author under the influence of N. Fedorov's ideas. The analysis of Sharov's novels “Be Like Children”, “The Resurrection of Lazarus” allowed us to discover the interpretation of Fedorov's ideas, the image of the philosopher in the artistic texts of the modern writer.
