                        |  | Creative development is considered as a key component of children’s comprehensive development, especially for preschoolers. The article examines the specifics of organizing children’s creative development classes in a kindergarten and within the framework of a specific art school. It is concluded that art schools have great potential for successful children’s creative development (material and technical equipment; teachers' qualifications, etc.), while kindergartens have a general education program that includes a wide range of creative activities for preschoolers (modeling, music, dance classes, etc.). The paper presents a draft program "Assorted Talents" for the comprehensive creative development aimed to standardizing the creative activities of preschoolers in art schools.
