FACTORS OF SUCCESSFUL SOCIALISATION OF HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS

This article describes the process of social adaptation of high school students, gives the points of view of various authors on school socialization of high school students, presents a number of main factors of effectiveness of motivation to educational activity; gives the concept of socio-psychological desocialization; bullying as a cause of desocialization is characterized; it is determined that the basis of desocialisation is a quality of personality; it is concluded that socio-psychological socialization of students is an adaptation to new realities, and yesterday's carefree secondary school students should become more responsible, independent and accustomed to new educational realities, new classmates, as well as this stage coincides with the formation of self-esteem of students.
