THE ROLE OF VISUAL VISUALITY IN THE PROCESS OF COHERENT LEARNING OF A LITERARY TEXT BY STUDENTS WITH HEARING IMPAIRMENTS (OPTION 1.2) AT THE BASIC STAGE OF EDUCATION

The article considers scientific, theoretical and applied issues of using visual aids in the process of studying works of art by schoolchildren with auditory dysfunction at the basic stage of education. The features of literary development of deaf teenagers and the importance of multi-vector visual material in working with literary texts in senior grades are revealed. The results of long-term research are summarized, the existing psychological and pedagogical difficulties in the perception and comprehension of large works of art by students with profound auditory pathology are analyzed. The current issues of using diverse visual aids that contribute to the further development of dialogic and monologue types of speech of deaf teenagers in connection with reading, their reading activity and the formation of reading competencies are determined. Literature programs, sets of textbooks on the subject, the results of a survey of literature teachers and deaf readers-senior students are analyzed. The ways of intensifying work with visual aids in literature lessons at the basic stage of education in schools for students with hearing impairments are shown (option 1.2). The article is intended for teachers of literature and speech therapists working with students with severe hearing impairments.
