For a better creation and implementation of the concept of pedagogical support for the development of professionally significant personal qualities of students with SEN in the context of gamification, the main stages were modeled and described. When describing them, it is necessary, first of all, to refer to the concept of "model", "modeling", to highlight its essential features and characteristics and to try to build it within the framework of the core of the concept. The article presents and substantiates a model of pedagogical support for the development of professionally significant personality traits in students with special educational needs in the context of gamification.
