APPLICATION OF THE TASK-BASED LANGUAGE TEACHING (TBLT) METHOD IN TEACHING PROFESSIONAL ENGLISH TO UNIVERSITY STUDENTS OF ECONOMICS SPECIALTIES

The scientific article is devoted to the adaptation of the method for oriented tasks (TBLT) in the process of teaching a foreign language (English) for students of economic specialties. Within the framework of the study, changes in the current level of foreign language proficiency, as well as in the development of communication skills, an increase in the level of motivation for the learning process were determined. The TBLT method considered in the scientific work has shown its effectiveness in the context of adapting language knowledge and professional competencies that contribute to the successful preparation of students and their future career not only in business, but also in economics. In the scientific work, the author analyzes the results of using the method, as well as the impact of this method on the development of analytical thinking and analytical skills of students. The purpose of the scientific work is to analyze the impact of this method on the educational process of students of economic specialties. It is also important to study the effectiveness of this method in the context of developing linguistic skills, as well as communication skills, which are important for effective professional activity in the future within the labor market.
