THE GERMAN OCCUPATION OF CRIMEA DURING THE FIRST WORLD WAR AND THE ACTIVITY OF MUNICIPAL AUTHORITIES IN THE PENINSULA (JUNE 1918 - NOVEMBER 1919)

The article analyses the activity of local self-government bodies and some aspects of social, economic and political development of Crimea during the period of German occupation of the peninsula (June 1918 - November 1919) according to the materials of the State Archive of the Republic of Crimea (hereinafter referred to as GARC). Some elements of external economic enterprises conducted by the Provincial government of M. A. Sulkevich are considered.
