Shear wave elastography was performed to assess the stiffness of the liver parenchyma and the degree of liver fibrosis using ELASTPQ (point elastography) software. The existing principles for conducting shear point elastography to determine the degree of liver fibrosis are shown and method errors are established during the study. The conditions for obtaining accurate research results are determined. Introduced the concept of quality and low-quality acoustic window.
