DIFFERENCES IN OPTIMIZING BUSINESS PROCESSES IN E-GOVERNMENT AND IN BUSINESS IN GENERAL AND IN TERMS OF RISK MANAGEMENT

The work describes the main differences in optimizing business processes in business and e-government projects. The comparison is based on five performance indicators: optimization goals, expected results, system scale, KPIs, and risk management. A model was built to evaluate the risks of various projects. Using the model, key risks for projects related to optimizing business processes in business and e-government were identified.
