This article presents an analysis of the impact of grading automation on the effectiveness of human resources management and the competitiveness of enterprises. The authors have developed a conceptual model of an automated grading system, consisting of four main modules: the grading module, the analytics and reporting module, the career management module, and the integration module. Each module is designed to address specific tasks within personnel management and contributes to enhancing the overall efficiency and transparency of processes.
