The features of changes in IHC parameters, including estrogen, progesterone, Ki67, P53, and E-cadregin receptors, markers reflecting the features of cellular apoptosis and proliferation, in a group of women of reproductive age with endometrial hyperplasia in the presence of atypia, as well as without it, are considered. It was found that the expression of estrogen and progesterone receptors in patients with hyperplasia is lower than in women with normal endometrium. It was determined that in endometrial hyperplasia there is local hyperestrogenism, manifested by an increase in ER-α/PR-A: in hyperplasia without atypia, the expression of estrogen receptors increases in the glands, in atypical hyperplasia – in the stromal component of the endometrium. It was found that cellular proliferative activity was most pronounced in the glands of women with atypical hyperplasia, while the activity of apoptosis, determined by the expression of p53, in the glands of these patients was the least.
