The emergence and global spread of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19 has become a heavy burden on the health of people around the world. The literature review is devoted to the issues of somatic and mental (in the second part of the article) disorders of comorbid COVID-19 in the long-term stages after acute coronavirus infection. The concept of "long covid", post-covid syndrome, is revealed, its clinical picture is characterized, and the proposed mechanisms and risk factors are described.
