DEVELOPMENT OF A SERVICE FOR AUTOMATION OF PROCESSES OF HR DEPARTMENT OF THE BUSINESS ENTERPRISE

The article is devoted to the development and implementation of a service for automating HR processes at a large enterprise. The focus is on optimizing tasks related to organizing interviews and collecting feedback. The study covers the selection of technologies as well as the integration of the system with corporate services. Achieved results, such as time savings and increased efficiency of the HR department, are described. Prospects for further system development are also discussed.
