Since the end of 2022, generative artificial intelligence has become especially popular. However, despite a wide range of possibilities for its application in organizations, the implementation of artificial intelligence does not bring the expected increase in employee efficiency. The authors highlight such reasons as unrealistic expectations of management, insufficient training of employees, an improperly structured process of implementation and use of technology. Professional burnout of employees is also considered as one of the possible effects of using artificial intelligence. The actual results of using artificial intelligence are considered. The reasons for the discrepancy between the actual results and the expected ones are analyzed. The authors propose measures that are recommended to be taken to reduce the negative effects of using artificial intelligence and increase the effectiveness of its implementation.
