Risk factors, causes of development and features of the clinical picture of endometrial hyperplasia in women of reproductive age are considered. 216 patients were examined and treated. The results were processed in the MedCalc medical statistics program, version 15.2. It was determined that all women with hyperplastic processes have secondary infertility. It was found that in every fifth patient, hyperplasia is not accompanied by clinical manifestations, and the transferred somatic and gynecological diseases – they are also risk factors – are the same for the simple and atypical forms.
