The article reviews etiopathogenetic mechanisms of infertility associated with endometriosis, including the role of immune disorders, genetic factors, and hormonal imbalance in the development of the disease. Modern methods of diagnosis and treatment are analyzed, involving surgical intervention and drug therapy. The prospects of application of assisted reproductive technologies (ART) in overcoming infertility in women with endometriosis are evaluated. The advantages and limitations of existing treatments are discussed. Finally, conclusions about the most effective strategies for the management of patients with endometriosis-associated infertility are presented.
