APPLICATION OF THE COMPETENCE STRUCTURE FOR MANAGEMENT DECISION SUPPORT PROGRAMS IN THE FIELD OF EDUCATION IN A LEARNING ORGANIZATION

This article presents the concept of a unified information model for the presentation of university educational data, aimed at developing new approaches to data-based management. The authors propose to use measurable quantitative and qualitative indicators of the educational process as input data, based on the introduction of a competence model into the accounting information system of the university and an optimization model for building a set of achievement indicators. This innovative method of improving learning outcomes differs in that it provides greater transparency and timeliness of management decision-making, as well as ensures the relevance of the portfolio of students and graduates.
