With the development of medical informatisation, the volume of medical data is increasing rapidly. Cloud computing technology provides an efficient and scalable solution for processing and analysing huge amounts of medical data. In the process of research, the features and properties of medical data are characterised, which allows us to form an idea of the requirements for technologies and methods of their processing, storage, transmission. In addition, the article considers key technologies of medical data processing based on cloud computing, including collection and storage of medical data, data exchange and privacy protection. Special emphasis is placed on encryption and its types, as well as opportunities to ensure the security and confidentiality of patient data. Particular attention is paid to data analysis and intelligent diagnostics using cloud computing and its application value for diagnostics, flexible real-time data analysis, decision support. The practical value of the article is reflected in the description of the applied effect of cloud computing in medical data processing. In particular, examples are given regarding improving the efficiency and quality of medical services, supporting personalised medical care and intelligent diagnostics, improving data security and compliance. The results of the analyses made it possible to conclude that cloud computing is a promising technology for building medical information systems, which can serve as a basis for the intellectual development of healthcare and human services, as well as the medical industry as a whole.
