A clinical case of a rare intrapulmonary pathology (teratoma) containing the presence of a large number of mature tissues belonging to different germ leaves is presented. Given the volume, the heterogeneous structure of the pathological formation, and the high probability of critical bleeding, the optimal volume of surgery (inferior lobectomy) was chosen instead of atypical lung resection. At the preoperative stage, it was not possible to diagnose the nature of the pathological formation. The final diagnosis was verified by histological examination.
Keywords:mature lung teratoma, thoracoscopy, differential diagnosis
