This research examines modern methods for evaluating IT specialists' per-formance. The main focus is on practical ways to increase company productivity through the implementation of employee monitoring and analysis systems. The authors propose a methodology for determining strategic development guidelines for IT organizations based on measurable indicators, including a system of key performance metrics and feedback tools.
