Progressive retail chains recognize that to sustain growth and enhance competitiveness, they must modernize their Workforce Management systems, aligning them with contemporary labor market standards and expectations. This article explores the design specifics of an information system for staff scheduling in retail chains, aimed at optimizing workforce efficiency and supporting the achievement of corporate business objectives.
