COMPARATIVE ASSESSMENT OF THE EFFECT OF A-PRF AND L-PRF ON HEALING AND PREVENTION OF POSTOPERATIVE COMPLICATIONS AFTER EXTRACTION OF IMPACTED THIRD MOLARS

To improve patient quality of life and reduce complications following the extraction of impacted third molars, numerous medical and surgical techniques have been employed. Current evidence supports the clinical efficacy of A-PRF and L-PRF as materials to enhance the healing of both hard and soft tissues, while also minimizing postoperative complications such as pain, swelling, trismus, and alveolitis.
