There is a need for an in-depth study of predictors of therapy effectiveness and the development of personalized algorithms for the management of patients with secondary stress-associated chronic functional anovulation. The results of a case-control study involving 114 women of reproductive age were considered, predictors of the effectiveness of FA therapy at the diagnostic stage were identified and analyzed to justify a personalized approach. A two-level system for predicting the effectiveness of treatment of patients has been developed and validated.
