Mei Lanfang, a brilliant Peking opera master

The article deals with the biography of the famous actor and his contribution to the history of Beijing Opera Mei Lanfang as the most famous artist of Beijing Opera in the twentieth century. His most outstanding works were the roles in Beijing Opera "the Drunken Yang Guifei", "the Prince says goodbye to his concubine", but also in the operas kunitsu"Dream in the garden", "Bridge Duanqiao" and many others.
