Principles of Chinese Traditional Culture in the Structure of Chinese Corporate Culture

The traditional culture of China has formed a rich and unique Chinese management culture. The article analyzes in detail the provisions of the ancient Chinese philosophy, which are the spiritual foundation of managerial culture. Drawing on the work of contemporary Chinese researchers, the authors explore how the described principles of traditional Chinese culture are applied in contemporary Chinese corporate culture. The authors conclude that the ideological principles and cultural connotations of Chinese traditional culture are the basis of the spiritual component of modern Chinese corporate culture.
