Major myths of epic quiche maya "Popol Vuh"

The paper deals with the main mythologems contained in the Maya-Kiche epic "Popol-Vuh"; features of mythologems as samples, constants, formed as a result of creative activity of many generations of people. During the analysis of the main themes and subjects of the Mayan-Kiche mythology, Parallels with the mythologies of other peoples are drawn.
