The cultural measurement of education: the innovative challenges of the third millennium

The author considers changes in the educational environment through the prism of the emergence of an innovative type of economy. The article notes how the social character of a person changes in connection with the challenges of time, which require a continuous process of education, which in turn becomes an integral attribute of individuality.
