Specificity of cultural policy of Russia and China in the socio-cultural space

Modern processes cultural processes in China attract the attention of researchers, as this region becomes the center of active interaction between China and Russia. On the one hand, cooperation is developing in different spheres, and on the other hand, the challenges of national security are being actualized. At the same time, each of the countries of the region is turning to new models of impact on its neighbors in the region, while there is a surge of interest in new directions of cultural policy. The article analyzes the cultural policy of Russia and China, shows the dynamics of cultural policy, highlights the main areas of its implementation and identifies promising directions of its development.
