The article explores the problem of studying moral activity from the standpoint of the system-subject approach. Moral activity is considered as a system which components are represented at the level of the subject and at the level of the personality. There is an assumption that maturity is a system-forming factor of moral activity, as a coherence task of the personality and capabilities of the subject. To confirm this assumption, we conducted an empirical study, which results prove the existence of maturity as a system-forming factor of the system of moral activity.
