Social and family gatherings in the festive culture of modern China

The aim of this work is to study two parts of social and family holidays. Analyzing the reasons, background, time, importance and ways of celebrating the present time, the authors come to the conclusion that these holidays are young, gradually updated and acquire new meaning. They have the same social status as historical and professional holidays, which correspond to the development of modern society and the needs of the Chinese government and people
