The paper is devoted to the cultural and philosophical analysis of the diversity of the Other’s images, presented in the context of the inclusion culture formation in the modern world, asserting the value of each person for the entire human community. The problem of Other’s, primarily disabled, gifted, ethnically different person’s integration into society is actualized. The authors actualize the issues related to the fact that the problem of man’s alienation in the modern society, where a significant place is given to the marginalised, including gender one, is really urgent. The author emphasizes the dialogical grounds of the inclusion phenomenon, where any "drop out" of society impoverishes both the isolated person and the society itself, since the comprehension of the existence of the Other allows each person to discover additional possibilities of "extrability" reality. The importance of promoting inclusive morality for the entire human community is explained.
