Mediation technology as a tool for integrating a lean manufacturing model

The article focuses on mediation technologies as effective measures to support the lean manufacturing model. The main idea of the article is to demonstrate the possibility of creating conditions for the involvement of production employees in processes that reduce resource consumption. Primary for the lean manufacturing model, is the employee as a link between the manager and the consumer of the product. The article has a theoretical character, is useful for practicing conflictologists and managers, in the discourse of the impact of the conflict on the lean manufacturing model.
