Formation of culture of professional communication at employees of the criminal executive system

The article indicates that the success of pedagogical activity is determined by the level of formation of the penitentiary system employee culture of professional communication. Pedagogical communication is determined by the professional and social interpersonal interaction of convicts and employees and educational activities aimed at establishing mutual understanding.
