Psychophysiological aspects of anxiety in relation to mental processes of excitation and inhibition

The article considers the basic approaches to the problem of anxiety in the context of psychophysiology. The data of foreign studies are presented in the framework of the correlation of anxiety and mental processes of excitation and inhibition. Methods of stopping and reducing the risk of developing anxiety conditions are also provided.
