Philosophical analysis of the structure and forms of legal nihilism

The article presents various classifications of forms of legal nihilism as a result of the deformation of legal consciousness, which is available in modern philosophical literature. It is shown that legal nihilism should not be considered as a negative phenomenon, it also has positive manifestations, acting as a specific social reference point, indicating directions for eliminating negative trends in the social and legal sphere.
