Comparative analysis of coping strategies of adolescent orphans and children brought up in a family

This article presents a comparative analysis of the prevailing coping strategies in adolescent orphans and children brought up in a family. In the course of an empirical study, it was revealed that orphans more often use such copings as "ignoring", "protest" and "distraction". In the group of teenagers brought up in a family, the most pronounced strategies are "maintaining self-control", "suppression of emotions" and "conversion". The reliability of the differences was proved using the Student's t-test.
