PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF EFFECTIVE ENTREPRENEURSHIP

This article examines the dynamic model of entrepreneurship, which is a response to the demands of a changing, uncertain business environment. A review of the academic literature was presented, with authors discussing the attributes of a successful entrepreneur. The main factors influencing the success of an entrepreneur at different stages of business development were also outlined. Finally, the most important psychological determinants of successful entrepreneur were presented.
