RESULTS ON THE CONTROL OVER THE ACTIONS OF EMPLOYEES OF CORRECTIONAL INSTITUTIONS

The article discusses the features of self-control and self-regulation of employees of the penitentiary system in the construction of their activities. It is shown that the control over the actions of employees of correctional institutions is specific in relation to the specialization of professional activity and length of service. It has been established that employees who are in direct contact with the special contingent in the course of official activities differ in individual dispositions when building behavior from employees serving with firearms. This study shows how the volitional control of employees reflects the characteristics of the response to "aggressive" service conditions.
